Per minute of audio. Each request gets its own quote, based on the volume, languages, format and deadline.
Is there a minimum request size?
No. Send a request of any size. For a handful of files, the Notah app may be quicker.
How long does a request take?
It depends on volume. Use the estimator on this page as a guide; your quote confirms the delivery date. Very large volumes are delivered in scheduled batches.
How do we hand over a large number of recordings?
Through a secure upload link, a shared drive, or a direct transfer between storage buckets for very large volumes. We agree the method in the quote.
Which formats can you deliver?
Whatever your request needs: Word, plain text, SRT subtitles, JSON or CSV, organized to match your files.
Which languages and dialects do you support?
